Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations in force in Spain. If this policy contradicts the law, the law takes precedence.
Through the website form we collect your name, your telephone number and the comment you write. If you call us by phone, we may collect the same data verbally. We do not ask for payment details through the website, as payment is made in cash or by bank transfer.
We use your data to respond to your quote request, manage the service booking and send you the invoice. The legal basis is the consent you give us when submitting the form and the contractual relationship established when you hire a service. We do not use your data to send advertising without your permission.
Data from quote requests is kept for 12 months from the last enquiry. Data from customers who hire a service is kept for 5 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. After that period, it is securely deleted.
The data is only visible to Kitosa staff who need to deal with your request. We do not transfer data to third parties, unless required by law. If a service requires the involvement of a subcontractor, only the data necessary to carry out the work is shared with them, along with a confidentiality obligation.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to Kitosa's postal address. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe that your data is not being processed correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
