You can cancel or reschedule a service free of charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice. If notice is given later, the conditions explained below apply.

Cancellation window
You can cancel by phone or email up to 24 hours before the start at no charge. If the cancellation happens later, the cost of materials already purchased for the job may be invoiced, provided it is stated in the quote.

Rescheduling
You can change the date free of charge. We offer the first available slot on a working day.
Section · 03
Cases in which a refund is due.
A full refund is due when we cancel, when we cannot carry out the agreed scope or when the result does not match the quote and we cannot correct it within a reasonable time.
- If an advance was paid and cancellation is notified more than 24 hours in advance, the full amount is refunded.
- If cancellation is notified with less than 24 hours' notice, 25 % of the quote is deducted as administration fees.
- If the work has already been carried out, there is no right to a refund unless the warranty applies.
- If Kitosa cancels the service for reasons attributable to the company, any amount paid is refunded and a new date is offered.

Procedure for requesting a refund.
- Call or write via WhatsApp to the number shown on the invoice.
- Provide the quote or invoice number and the reason for cancellation.
- You will receive confirmation by message and, where applicable, the refund to the same account from which you paid.

Timeline
Refunds are made within 5 to 10 business days from cancellation confirmation, by bank transfer.
