The price of each service is confirmed before starting, by phone, message, or in writing. Published prices are indicative and may vary depending on the condition of the item or the amount of work.
The final price is set after a call or an assessment visit. It includes travel within the work area, labour, and basic materials. If an unforeseen difficulty arises during the job, you are informed before continuing and a new price is agreed.
Payment by cash on completion of the service and bank transfer against invoice are accepted. No card details are collected on this site.
All jobs are delivered with an invoice, both for individuals and businesses. The invoice includes the service breakdown, the date, and Kitosa's tax details. For bank transfers, the invoice is sent by email and payment must be made within 7 calendar days.
No deposit is required for cleaning or makeup services. For shoe repairs over 50 €, a 30 % advance may be requested when leaving the item, and it is deducted from the total when you pick it up.
If the customer cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, a penalty of 25 % of the quote may be charged to cover travel and reserved time. It does not apply if the reason is a justified emergency.
