These general terms govern the contracting of Kitosa's professional services, with registered address at C/ Calatrava, 12, 46003 Valencia. By requesting a quote or accepting a service, the customer accepts these terms.
Kitosa is a home professional services company with registered address at C/ Calatrava, 12, 46003 Valencia. The customer is the individual or legal entity who requests a service. The purpose of these terms is to set out the rights and obligations of both parties in the provision of makeup, cleaning, and shoe repair services.
Bookings are made by phone, WhatsApp, or the website form. The quote is free and valid for 15 calendar days. The booking is confirmed when the customer accepts the quote and, if required, pays the advance. Kitosa may reject a service if it does not have suitable staff or materials for the requested job.
The customer must allow access to the home or premises at the agreed date and time. If access is not possible, it is considered a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. Kitosa's staff work with identification and respect the building's community rules. Personal items that may interfere with the work must be removed by the customer.
The price is set in the quote and does not change unless the conditions of the work are modified. Payment is made on completion, in cash or by bank transfer against invoice. Cards and other payment methods are not accepted. An invoice is always provided, both to individuals and businesses.
The customer may cancel or reschedule a service with a minimum of 24 hours' notice at no cost. With less than 24 hours' notice, a penalty of 25 % of the quote may be applied. Kitosa may also cancel a service due to force majeure, giving notice as soon as possible and offering a new date.
Kitosa has civil liability insurance covering material damage caused by its staff during the work. The customer must check the work on completion and report any issue at that time. Subsequent claims are handled within 7 calendar days from the completion of the service.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, unless the law provides otherwise.
