   How do I request a quote for a service?

   You can call us or write to us on WhatsApp at the number on the website. Tell us what you need and we'll send you a fixed quote within 24 business hours.

   What products do you use for cleaning?

   We use cleaners with the EU Ecolabel certification, biodegradable and toxin-free. They are safe for surfaces, children and pets.

   How long does a makeup session last?

   A daytime makeup session lasts about 45 minutes, and bridal or evening makeup can take up to 90 minutes. We confirm the exact time when you make the booking.

   How can I pay for the service?

   We accept cash or bank transfer when the work is finished. We do not offer card payment.

   What if I do not like the result?

   You have 30 days to request a free review of the work. If something is not to your liking, we redo it at no extra cost.

   Do you work across the whole of Valencia?

   Yes, we cover the entire city of Valencia and its surroundings. If you live further out, contact us and we will let you know if there is a travel surcharge.
